Pictures v. Numbers: Why The Trump SOTU Was So Well Crafted
You can judge the effectiveness of speech by the actions of a President’s adversaries. Last night, the Democrats painted a sour picture on national TV in response to Trump State of the Union.
Why would they do that? Trump turned the tables on them. Once again the Left was expecting Trump to be objectionable on the big stage – but he was not. In what will be a SOTU that will change future SOTUs, Trump played well in primetime.
How well? CBS says 75% approved of the speech.
